Celebrate Literacy Day
To celebrate Literacy Day, our MKids hosted a special movie date for the children. The chosen film was the delightful and light-hearted movie Baby's Day Out, a family-friendly comedy that perfectly complements the theme of imagination, adventure, and learning through exploration.
The Literacy Day Movie date was a wonderful success. Baby's Day Out provided laughter, excitement, and valuable lessons about the power of exploration and learning. It was a fun and enriching experience for the children, reinforcing the idea that literacy is not just about reading and writing but also about developing imagination and understanding the world around us through various forms of storytelling.
After the movie,to reflect, the children participated in interactive storytelling sessions where they were encouraged to share their favorite scenes and express what they learned from Baby Bink’s adventure.
The teachers also emphasized the learner profile found in the movie and the kids were able to connect them.
Ultimately, our children had a fun-filled day that left them with priceless memories.
